Chappaqua Wellness Center
Chappaqua Wellness Center is the new name for my existing massage business started in June of 1995, Lighten Up Massage. I have always steered clear of having a "spa" image. I look at us as a place that takes caring for our bodies, inside and out, very seriously. Massage to us is not just a luxury you have on vacation. It is a treatment that prevents and repairs dozens of issues.
All of us here at CWC believe that along with Massage Therapy and Acupuncture, the power of physical appearance and education on healthy skin through Aesthetics along with a deeper understanding of who you are and acceptance of the power you control as to how you choose to continue into your future through Psychic Consultation all play a vital role in our well being.
Cooking with Fire... a brick oven experience
A delicious new twist on your next outing with family or friends. . . brick oven pizza fired up in the serene setting at a location of your choice.
As the chef of Cooking With Fire, I provide the crispy crust and endless choices of toppings to my clients! My brick oven is ready to meet all your needs – with pizzas and side dishes as you like them, for adults and kids, large groups or small.
"May your life be filled with amazing thin crust pizza!"
A little bit about myself...
I am the founder of Chappaqua Wellness Center, formerly Lighten Up Massage, since 1995 in downtown Chappaqua, New York. I went to Culinary School at ICE in NYC and did my internship at Everyday With Rachel Ray. I was a guest on Food Network with Bobby Flay, and I have been a private chef for many years. I have been a Chappaqua Volunteer Firefighter since the year 2000, and I even drive the firetruck! I write a food column in a new local magazine called Single and Smart. I am currently in the works of putting together a kids cooking show for NCCTV.
Check back soon for new updates to the website! I am always taking on new projects and keeping busy! Feel free to email me HERE if you are interested in receiving my email newsletters. Be sure to tell me which business you are interested in learning more about.
