Chappaqua Wellness Center
Chappaqua Wellness Center is the new name for my existing massage business of 15 years, Lighten Up Massage. I have always steered clear of having a "spa" image. I look at us as a place that takes caring for our bodies, inside and out, very seriously. Massage to us is not just a luxury you have on vacation. It is a treatment that prevents and repairs dozens of issues. We also offer chiropractic care, nutrition, personal training and facials, hair removal and my new exciting addition- raw food preparation.

A little bit about myself...
I am the founder of Chappaqua Wellness Center, formerly Lighten Up Massage since 1995 in downtown Chappaqua, New York. I went to Culinary School at ICE in NYC and did my internship at Everyday With Rachel Ray. I was a guest on Food Network, and I have been a private chef for many years. I have been a Chappaqua Volunteer Firefighter for 10 years, and I even drive the firetruck! I write a food column in a new local magazine called Single and Smart. I am currently in the works of putting together a kids cooking show for NCCTV.
